A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Extension only for private, non-commercial purposes is granted by the provider to the user. The Extension may not be sold, sublicensed or distributed by the user.

The user must not: Alter, adjust, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or produce derivative works derived from the Extension. Any copyright, trademark, or other property notices that are included in or on the Extension should be removed or altered. Use the Extension in any way that is against the law or other rules in force.

The user agrees that Provider owns all intellectual property rights in the Extension. Under this Agreement, User shall not acquire any ownership interest in the Extension.

Provider is permitted to gather and use specific data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to the collection and use of this data by using the Extension.

THE EXTENSION IS GIVEN "AS IS'' AND WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY. EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT ARE ALL DISCLAIMED BY THE PROVIDER.

Provider shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exempt, or consequential damages resulting from or related to the use or performance.

If User violates any of the terms of this Agreement, Provider may end this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. After the agreement expires, the user must stop using the extension and remove any copies from their devices.

The laws of Texas, USA shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, without reference to its conflict of law rules

All previous or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings are superseded by this Agreement, which serves as the whole understanding between User and Provider on the subject matter hereof.
